Many people in Sheffield use attics as a main bedroom so we've always offered a great range of low wooden beds that are perfect for a loft or attic bedroom or, indeed, any room where you want a low modern lifestyle.
Naturally, they're all flat packed to go up the stairs so you can easily assemble them in your room. In most cases assembly takes no more than 20-30 minutes.
Like all our beds, they're made in Sheffield by skilled craftsmen using solid timber from renewable sources.

In most designs we make walnut beds, oak beds, cherry beds, beech beds, ash beds, maple beds and pine beds.
What's the effect of having a low bed? Visually you'll create a modern, minimal, maybe oriental style. Naturally, this will work very well with a low ceiling, such as in a loft or attic space. But a large low bed will also look stunning in a big room with little other furniture, especially with wooden floorboards. Even in a terrace house or thirties semi, a low bed will create a simpler, uncluttered, peaceful bedroom. Teenagers also like the idea of a low bed - it's like sleeping on the floor - even if they don't want the simple, uncluttered visual style!
