Our beautiful Highland 4 poster bed is a cosy, luxurious four poster bed. It is made to the highest standards from solid hardwood. It is available to order here in our premium fabric; Parquet. Parquet is a luxurious, pure wool fabric with a basketweave design. We also offer this bed upholstered in one of our standard fabrics – available to order here.
No need to worry about getting it upstairs – the flat pack design takes care of that, assembly is easy and the construction is rock solid. The Highland bed is a perfect blend of modern and rustic style. A solid, softly geometric frame – available in our full range of hardwoods – complimented by a cosy upholstered headboard panel. You can choose from a range of fabric options for the headboard, but is is available here in our Premium fabric option – Parquet. Please note the Cherry Highland pictured above has a headboard upholstered in our Standard fabric, Amatheon.
As standard, all our wooden beds are fitted with sprung beech slats. These provide extra comfort and help to increase the life of your mattress.
Every bed is made to order. Our current lead-time is around 6-8 weeks (+ delivery).
Made to order, the Highland is available in two different fabric ranges. Here, you can order it in our Premium fabric option – Parquet. Parquet is a luxurious, 100% wool fabric, available in a range of contemporary colours. See the full colour range here on our suppliers’ website. Within the Premium Fabrics tab to the left of this page, you will find detailed images of the fabric swatches. Please contact us if you would like to receive samples of any of the fabrics.

If you would like to order this bed upholstered in your own fabric, please contact us for further information. For plain fabrics we require approximately 2m to complete the upholstery. If you intend to use a patterned fabric, more may be required. Fabrics must comply with the appropriate Fire Retardancy certification as required by law.
Our ‘natural’ look lacquer finish, named for its clarity, reveals the myriad colours and subtle variations in tone of natural timber. It retains a very subtle, soft sheen which protects the timber from grease marks and some stains.

Mattress Depth Information: All of our upholstered bed bases are designed to fit a mattress with a depth of around 20cm. If your mattress is much deeper than this, the thickness of the cushioned headboard can stop the mattress from sitting perfectly on your bed frame and may overhang along the bottom edge slightly.

Outside of the Sheffield area, we use a carrier. Delivery is arranged with the carrier once your order is ready, and will be on an agreed day and time slot.
Within the Sheffield area, we deliver using our own vehicle. Once your order is ready to be delivered, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time slot.
