New Additions to our Solid Wood Bedroom Furniture Collection

We have added quite a few items of bedroom furniture to our collection over the last few months. So here we’ll take a look at how you can complete your bedroom scheme with our beautiful, solid wood bedroom chairs, dressing tables, bedside tables, benches and storage units in oak and walnut.

Bedroom Chairs

Whether you are searching for a relaxed, lounge chair or an up-right chair to sit with a desk or dressing table – we have a range of wooden chairs and stools to suit your needs.

Your choice will very much depend on the style of your bedroom and the purpose of the chair. If you are looking for a more relaxed, lounge chair – then I recommend the Gabbia chair – it’s modern and stylish but so comfy too. The N2 chair and Shorditch upholstered chair are also a great choice.
If you are looking for a chair to work with a bedroom dressing table or desk – then the Osso or wool covered stools are perfect. These small stools look great and take up very little floor space. If you prefer a back-rest try the Facette or Lauren chairs.
If you just want somwhere to comfortably perch while you lace up your shoes then we have a number of end-of bed benches too. These useful seating solutions often offer some extra storage space too.

Dressing Tables

A dressing table is an incredibly useful piece of furniture for a bedroom. However you don’t need to look for a purpose built item – most desks will fit the bill with the addition of a mirror and maybe a storage box or two.

The wooden tables we offer for use as a dressing table all have some storage space. Usually this will take the form of one or two slim-line drawers – perfect for cosmetics and toiletries, or watches and accessories.

Bedside Tables

The latest addition to our Black Lotus collection is the shelf table – it has two lower drawers and an upper shelf.  The space at the top is perfect for storing a couple of books or your phone, the lower drawers allow you to hide away any clutter. It’s a useful bedside unit avilable in either oak or walnut.

We have lots of new bedside tables available. Ethnicraft have introduced the BlackBird and WhiteBird tables – single drawer units on elegant black metal frames. Their Spindle bedside unit is another lovely new design – the table top is in clear glass, while the wooden table has a lower drawer with a single central hole to allow for easy opening. The Spindle is available in oak or walnut.

Bedroom Storage

There are so many beautiful storage options – where to start? I particularly love the Monolit and Blackbird collections which include cupboards, bedside units and console tables. The combination of solid oak with matte black metal looks both modern and timeless.

If you want a more classic look we’ve added a new 3-drawer bedside unit to our Shaker range in oak and walnut. This handy chest offers lots of storage space in a small footprint. If you are prepared to move away from solid wood we also have a new metal lockers range which is great fun and affordable. The collection includes bedside units, tall ‘wardrobe’ lockers, a low sideboard and a ‘midi’ cupboard. They come in a wide range of stylish colours: pale blush pink, white, slate grey, mustard yellow, olive green or navy blue, rose pink and mid ocean blue. They are a great way of adding a pop of colour to a more natural, wooden furniture scheme.
