Our Malabar wooden bed base boasts a modern, minimal design. With a simple frame, it creates a timeless look. It is available here in solid maple, in a standard UK kingsize (fits a 150x200cm mattress).
This bed base is already made and has been on display in our Sheffield showroom for a few years. Please note: the timber has deepened/warmed over this time, and there may be some minor signs of wear and tear on the frame. The photographs shown here were taken just prior to the bed leaving our showroom.

Our ‘natural’ look lacquer finish, named for its clarity, allows you to appreciate the myriad colours and subtle variations in the tone of natural timber. It also retains a very subtle, soft sheen which protects the timber from grease marks and some stains.
