Our cotton loose covers fit neatly over the futon mattress; there is a zip around three sides so they can be easily removed for cleaning. Loose covers are also an excellent way to change the colour and appearance of your futon when you redecorate. (Your futon mattress has a fixed cotton cover which also has a zip around three sides for manufacturing purposes, but this cover is not removable). Cotton loose covers are available in calico and coloured cottons. The Tokyo and Fiji are photographed above with a coloured fixed futon cover, but an extra, removable, loose cover is a good idea. The Panama is in the main image with an additional loose futon cover in orange, the final images show the Panama with a futon mattress with a fixed calico cover and ivory ties.
