A compact and functional sofa bed, available in three sizes and a range of upholstery options. Choose from thick standard arms (as shown in images 1 + 2) or slim space saving arms (shown in image 3).
This simple yet stylish sofa features an easy fold out mechanism, with legs that automatically pull out once the mechanism is activated, leaving a large sleeping surface suitable for one-two people.

The compact cosy sofa bed design has small space living in mind, boasting a simple yet modern Nordic look. Its minimal sizing makes it perfect for use in a living room, lounge or spare room. It features a padded yet firm mattress, made up of pocket springs and resilient foam, while the large back cushions offer extra comfort for seating, lounging and sleeping.
Mattress Layers: Fibrefill, High resilient foam, Pocket spring 6-12 cm, Fibretex.
Comes flat-packed for self assembly: this is a two person job. Approximate assembly time is 60 minutes. (Unfortunately, the assembly service offered by our carriers is not currently available for the Cosy Compact Sofa Bed.)

Lead in times: our bed bases (and a select few furniture items) are hand made to order in our Sheffield workshop. The lead in time is usually 8 weeks (+ delivery), which can fluctuate throughout the year – get in touch for the latest info. Please note that ex-display/stock beds, sofa beds, mattresses and some Ethnicraft furniture have differing lead in times, which you will find noted in the description above.
Outside of the Sheffield area, we use a national carrier called BJS. You will be provided an estimated despatch date shortly after your order is placed, and the courier will be in touch with you directly to arrange the delivery date and time slot after they have collected your order.
For customers based in Sheffield, we usually perform delivery in our own vehicle. However, some items are excluded and will instead be shipped with our standard courier, BJS.

We despatch all of our small items via Royal Mail or ParcelForce. Prices include delivery to mainland UK with an aim to deliver within 3-5 working days.
You can opt for an expedited service, if you would prefer. You can select this option for an additional cost at checkout, which then aims to deliver within 1-2 working days.
Please note, we process and pack orders Monday-Saturday between 10am-5pm, excluding bank holidays. We aim to process orders as soon as possible, with collection booked to occur the day after processing.
