Bed Sizes

Our beds are made to fit the standard UK mattress sizes as standard. We also list prices for the most popular Euro size.

Please remember that all our beds are made to order so we can make our beds in almost any size.
Contact Us to discuss your requirements, or to order special sizes. This can include continental sizes, US sizes, or completely custom to you sizes!

Standard UK Bed Sizes:

Small Single – takes a mattress 75cm wide x 190cm long
Single – takes a mattress 90cm wide x 190cm long
Three-quarter or Small Double – takes a mattress 120cm wide x 190cm long
Double – takes a mattress 135cm wide x 190cm long
King size – takes a mattress 150cm wide x 200cm long
Super-king – takes a mattress 180cm wide x 200cm long

We also offer a Euro-King (for a 160x200cm mattress size) as standard.

The above sizes relate to the size of mattress the bed accomodates. NB: the bed will be slightly larger than the mattress size – the exact size will depend on the bed design. This information is listed on each bed product page.

We can also make traditional UK sizes (please call us to order) – in feet and inches – similar to the above sizes but slightly different:

Traditional UK single mattress: 3′ x 6′ 3″ (approximately 91.5cm x 190.5cm)
Traditional UK small double mattress: 4′ x 6′ 3″ (approximately 122cm x 190.5cm)
Traditional UK double mattress: 4′ 6″ x 6′ 3″ (approximately 137cm x 190.5cm)
Traditional UK king mattress: 5′ x 6’6″ (approximately 152cm x 198cm)
Traditional UK Super-king mattress: 6′ x 6’6″ (approximately 183cm x 198cm)

We always recommend that you measure your mattress before ordering – if it doesn’t quite match the sizes listed above just give us a call to discuss your requirements.
