With the Christmas delivery on everyones mind and the shopping season in full swing, we thought we’d go over the deadline for final postal orders of Christmas decorations, cards, gifts, homewares, bedding, toiletries etc
Orders placed up until/on Monday the 12th of December will be despatched on Wednesday the 14th of December with Royal Mail on a 24 hour service at no extra charge. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee exact transit times due to delays due to the ongoing strikes!
Of course, this is a very busy time of year for our posties under usual circumstances, but with the extra delays to services, we recommend getting your orders for decorations, gifts and cards placed as soon as possible to avoid disappointment!
We’ve looked into other courier options, however, DPD have unfortunately suspended their UK services. ParcelForce are part of the Royal Mail group and lets not talk about EVRI…
We will do everything we can to get online orders placed after 12/12/22 to you quickly. However, we cannot guarantee that they will be with you before the big day!
Pre-Christmas delivery for new bed orders is, unfortunately, long past. With our current lead time, new orders placed today are estimated to be ready for despatch in around 10-12 weeks time.
For customers who placed their bed order back in October and are having beds despatched in December – your estimated despatch date will have already been confirmed with you via email.
The 13th of December is the last despatch/collection date that our couriers are offering for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery. Despatches taking place after this date may recieve an offer of pre-Christmas delivery but it is not guaranteed. Most customers can expect delivery to take place in the new year. Both ourselves and the couriers will be closed over the festive period. No deliveries will take place between Christmas and the new year.
