If you’re ordering to match a Natural Bed Company Bed – these pieces of furniture are made using a different species of oak to that we use to craft our own beds. They have a warmer tone, slightly less variable than the oak we use. However, oak does naturally warm and deepen over time, so they will likely be a better match as the timber ages.

To protect the finishes, we always recommend you use a coaster on table tops or surfaces, and dust with a dry cloth.

All of our prices listed include delivery within the mainland UK.
Lead in times: our bed bases (and a select few furniture items) are hand made to order in our Sheffield workshop. The lead in time is usually 8 weeks (+ delivery), which can fluctuate throughout the year – get in touch for the latest info. Please note that ex-display/stock beds, sofa beds, mattresses and some Ethnicraft furniture have differing lead in times, which you will find noted in the description above.
Outside of the Sheffield area, we use a national carrier called BJS. You will be provided an estimated despatch date shortly after your order is placed, and the courier will be in touch with you directly to arrange the delivery date and time slot after they have collected your order.
For customers based in Sheffield, we usually perform delivery in our own vehicle. However, some items are excluded and will instead be shipped with our standard courier, BJS.

We despatch all of our small items via Royal Mail or ParcelForce. Prices include delivery to mainland UK with an aim to deliver within 3-5 working days.
You can opt for an expedited service, if you would prefer. You can select this option for an additional cost at checkout, which then aims to deliver within 1-2 working days.
Please note, we process and pack orders Monday-Saturday between 10am-5pm, excluding bank holidays. We aim to process orders as soon as possible, with collection booked to occur the day after processing.
