Available in a medium/soft tension, we find this mattress’ plush upper layers add an extra luxurious softness to the feel. This luxurious mattress has a mix of supportive pocket springs and mini ‘comfort’ springs – the overall spring counts for a king-size model of this mattress is 6200 springs.

The Whiston pocket sprung mattress boasts a plush, tufted cover and a range of natural, chemical free fillings. Including miniature pocket springs (A core unit of 2800 pocket springs and 2 x 1700 mini pockets on a King size) – locally sourced from Yorkshire – to give a supportive, body-conforming feel. Complete with handles and vents to all sides. The handles will help you move and turn your mattress and the vents will help keep the mattress cool.
This pocket sprung mattress offers a heavy weight, woven cover made in Belgium. Thanks to its natural fire retardancy from Bioflam (made from renewable, natural sources and is biodegradable), the cover is also chemical free (60% Viscose / 32% Polyester / 8% Polyamide).
The fillings include 60mm of natural and chemical free materials: alpaca, pashmina and lambswool. The tufted cover is specially designed to be super soft, allowing for a more comfortable nights’ sleep.
Available in a medium/soft tension. This is a medium mattress in terms of its firmness. However with its soft, plush cover and outer layer of mini springs and luxury fillings, we find it has a softer initial feel than our other ‘medium’ mattresses, but with all the internal support you would expect on a medium mattress.
Sometimes find tufts uncomfortable? These tufts are designed to be super soft so you don’t feel them under your bedding.
