Medium (7800): This is a classic medium mattress with a soft, plush cover and a supportive core. Firm (4900): A firmer feel – a more resistant core with the same soft feeling to the sleeping surface. The firmest option in this trio.

The Whiston pocket sprung mattress boasts a plush, tufted cover and a range of natural, chemical free fillings. Available in three different firmnesses. Each includes miniature pocket springs and a core unit of larger springs to provide both comfort and support. Locally sourced from Yorkshire, the springs are designed to give a supportive, body-conforming feel. Complete with handles and vents to all sides. The handles will help you move and turn your mattress and the vents will help keep the mattress cool.
This pocket sprung mattress offers a heavy weight, woven cover made in Belgium. Thanks to its natural fire retardancy from Bio-flam, the cover is also chemical free. Bio-flam is made from renewable, natural sources.
Sometimes find tufts uncomfortable? The tufts are super soft so you don’t feel them under your bedding!
Mattress ticking/cover composition: 60% Viscose / 32% Polyester / 8% Polyamide
Fillings: 60mm of natural and chemical free materials, consisting of alpaca, pashmina and lambswool.
These mattress fillings have the following benefits:
Alpaca – Better longevity than standard wool; moisture wicking and fast evaporation; Softer, more luxurious feel than sheep’s wool. Pashmina – This rare material which can only be harvested once a year, is even softer than cashmere. Lambs wool – More hygienic than regular wool as lambs have a special fleece that fights germs and bacteria to keep it protected from disease. Bamboo – This super soft and durable fibre, which is also hypo-allergenic, is also moisture wicking and temperature regulating.
The tufted cover is specially designed to be super soft, allowing for a more comfortable nights’ sleep.
