As things start winding down for the festive season, this blog is designed to help with any questions you may have about our Christmas opening hours and reopening for 2025.

We are closed from 2pm on Tuesday the 24th December until Thursday the 2nd January. Our last full day of business this year is Monday the 23rd December. If you’re local to us, our Sheffield showroom will still be open on Christmas eve from 10am-2pm. Pop in for any last minute gifts!

Please note, we won’t be available to answer the phone or emails during this time of closure. If you have an urgent query, please get in touch with us before the 23rd December if possible.

We reopen after the festivities, on Thursday the 2nd January 2025. Any and all enquiries received during our closure will be answered as soon as possible once we reopen. As we answer emails in chronological order, we recommend refraining from resending or following up on emails, as it moves your original message further down our inbox.

With regards to placing orders online during our closure, these orders will be processed once we reopen in January. Please be patient and don’t fret if you haven’t heard from us. Once we reopen, all orders will be acknowledged, but it can take us a while to work through the backlog!

Once we reopen, small items will be sent out with Royal Mail, Parcelforce or DPD as normal. Bed/furniture orders will be processed and customers contacted with the relevant lead times. With regard to returning any items, please hold off sending returns back to our showroom until we reopen after the 2nd January. They will be processed at this point and our closure will be taken into account in terms of our standard returns period.

Please note, due to these closing times, any orders placed after 5pm on Monday the 23rd December will be posted in the New Year once we reopen.

Any outstanding bed orders will have already been contacted regarding despatch, if being despatched on the 7th of January. If this is you, please do check your emails! It’s worth noting that sometimes these notifications can end up in the junk/spam folders, so please check there if it looks like you haven’t heard from us.

Our couriers, Furdeco, will be completing some deliveries between Christmas and the New Year. Please keep an eye on your texts and emails for confirmation of your delivery date from the couriers. You will be given a date for delivery, and a three-hour time slot will be confirmed the evening before. If the date given is not suitable, you will also have the opportunity to call Furdeco and rearrange.
