The Pimlico handmade bed is a contemporary take on a classic mid-century style, and is a part of our wider Camden Collection (made up of the Camden, Hoxton, Carnaby, Bloomsbury and Pimlico).
Available here in a standard UK Kingsize (fits a 150x200cm mattress), this black stained ash Pimlico was made for photography purposes and was displayed briefly in our showroom.

The little sister of our Carnaby, the Pimlico handmade bed features the same base but with a shorter headboard. A beautiful low bed with elegant curves and gently softened edges. Seen here expertly crafted in solid ash and stained in an opaque black lacquer.
This solid ash bed was made specifically for photography purposes and was on show briefly in our Sheffield showroom.

All our wooden beds are fitted with sprung beech slats for extra comfort and to increase the life of your mattress.

Lacquer Finish:
As standard, we use our ‘natural’ look lacquer finish, named for its clarity. However, the black stain used on this oak bed creates a very opaque finish, whilst still allowing the texture of the grain to show through. It retains a very subtle, soft sheen which protects the timber from grease marks and some stains. You can also order the Pimlico in our full range of hardwood timbers here.
Our prices include delivery on the UK mainland Within the Sheffield area we deliver using our own vehicle. Outside the Sheffield area we use a carrier. When your order is ready we’ll contact you regarding your delivery. Delivery will be on an agreed weekday between 8am and 6pm. In some cases it may be possible to deliver on a Saturday or on a specified day – for an extra charge – please contact us for details. All of our beds and furniture made by us are handmade to order - our usual lead time is around 8 weeks (+ delivery). This can fluctuate throughout the year, please do get in touch for the most up to date information.
We have a small workshop in Sheffield where all of our beds and the furniture made by us are hand crafted by our skilled woodworkers.

Yes! Most of our handmade items can be tweaked with a variety of customisations. Please get in touch with our friendly sales team with your idea and we’ll let you know what is possible and provide a bespoke quote.
All of our bed bases are delivered flat pack for easy self assembly - we include our full range of assembly instructions online so you can see how straight forward this is! All of our tables are delivered as one piece, so no assembly would be required. Our under-bed drawers simply require the small castors screwing into place.
Our showroom is based in Sheffield city centre. We try to keep a variety of designs and timber son display, but if you’re hoping to see something specific, please do get in touch before your visit.
