This mid-century slatted storage bench is ideal for any contemporary home, to be used as either a coffee table or bench. It also provides extra storage for the end-of-the-bed, hallway or lounge. These flexible pieces of furniture also look great as seating with a dining table or kitchen table.

Product Description

With a retro, yet timeless design, this mid-century bench features a seat, and a slatted base – ideal for additional storage. The perfect addition to a hallway or lounge, wherever you need a bit of extra storage or a seat to perch on. Alternatively, this mid-century slatted storage bench is ideal for storing blankets and bedding at the end of your bed. It is also a handy space for keeping shoes – not to mention a place to sit down whilst you put them on, too!

Please note: as the spindle bench is made using a solid hardwood, so you can expect to find natural variances in tone and grain from piece to piece.

All of our prices listed include delivery within the mainland UK. 

Large Items (beds, mattresses, tables, chests, etc.):

Lead in times: our bed bases (and a select few furniture items) are hand made to order in our Sheffield workshop. The lead in time is usually 8 weeks (+ delivery), which can fluctuate throughout the year – get in touch for the latest info.
Please note that ex-display/stock beds, sofa beds, mattresses and some Ethnicraft furniture have differing lead in times, which you will find noted in the description above.

Outside of the Sheffield area, we use a national carrier called BJS. You will be provided an estimated despatch date shortly after your order is placed, and the courier will be in touch with you directly to arrange the delivery date and time slot after they have collected your order.

For customers based in Sheffield, we usually perform delivery in our own vehicle. However, some items are excluded and will instead be shipped with our standard courier, BJS.

Small Items (bedding, homeware, clothing, etc.):

We despatch all of our small items via Royal Mail or ParcelForce. Prices include delivery to mainland UK with an aim to deliver within 3-5 working days.

You can opt for an expedited service, if you would prefer. You can select this option for an additional cost at checkout, which then aims to deliver within 1-2 working days.

Please note, we process and pack orders Monday-Saturday between 10am-5pm, excluding bank holidays. We aim to process orders as soon as possible, with collection booked to occur the day after processing.
