A luxurious modern mattress made from 100% Talalay latex with a soft bamboo blend cover. Infused with graphite, this mattress is naturally fire retardant, meaning it is FR chemical free.
Available in two different firmness options;
Medium (Standard): we’d describe this mattress as having a soft to medium feel – it feels softer whilst sitting, but when you lie down on the mattress you’ll find it does have a good medium level of support. Firm: we’d describe this a medium-firm feel – it has a springier feeling when sitting, with a firmer level of support when lying down.

The Welbeck chemical free latex mattress offers a modern alternative sleeping environment. With a filling made from 100% Talalay latex, it is a supportive mattress with a cool, pressure relieving feel. More breathable than traditional latex, this mattress is aerated to allow air ventilation. Holes are found within the makeup of the mattress to give airflow and circulation.
A purely natural material, Talalay latex is highly durable and naturally conforms to your body shape without getting too hot. Designed to give a cooling feel along with enhanced breathability, the Welbeck is a great choice.
The Welbeck has a unique, spring-like feel not often seen with traditional latex mattresses. This is due to the moulding process used in making Talalay Latex.
Available in either medium or firm tensions.
Moreover, the latex in these mattresses is infused with graphite. Being naturally fire retardant, the graphite also means this mattress requires no chemical FR treatment. This FR chemical free latex mattress is also finished with a soft bamboo blend cover. N.B. the images currently show a hemp cover – which has recently become discontinued. The new bamboo cover is 20% bamboo and 80% polyester fibres. Please see the last three images in the gallery above.
The new, super soft and slightly stretchy bamboo blend fabric is treated with a bio based fire retardancy treatment. Avoiding chemical FR treatments ensures the cover is 100% halogen and heavy metal free. This Bio-Flam treatment is made from renewable, natural sources.
