With Christmas right around the corner, we thought we’d pop some key information for delivery of both postal (bedding, homeware, gifts, etc.) and bed orders.
We use both Royal Mail and Parcelforce’s tracked/express 48 hour services for delivery of our smaller items. The standard time for delivery of orders is 3 – 5 working days. If you’d prefer a more expedited service, you can opt for enhanced delivery with DPD at checkout. This service aims to deliver in 1 – 2 working days.
Please note: order processing only takes place during opening hours (Monday to Saturday,10am – 5:30pm).
For those opting for standard delivery – we recommend placing your orders prior to close of business on Friday the 15th December.
If you’re opting for DPD enhanced delivery, we recommend placing your order prior to close of business on Wednesday the 20th December.
The above dates are based on the recommended posting times of the carriers we use, and our own operating/despatch timeframes. However, we recommend getting your orders for decorations, gifts and cards placed as soon as possible to avoid disappointment!
Unfortunately, we passed our Christmas delivery cut off for new orders in October. All new orders are subject to our current lead time of 8 weeks.
For those customers who placed their orders in early October, you will have already received confirmation of your estimated despatch date via email. The last date of despatch for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery is Monday the 11th December.
If you have been given a despatch date of Monday the 18th December, it’s important to note that pre-Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed. However, our courier will try their absolute best to route your delivery prior to the holiday.
It’s worth noting that we do have some stock beds available for quick shipping! They are available to view/buy here.
Please note, these stock beds are either ex-display or from last minute order cancellations. Due to this, there is limited stock available.
If you’re interested in receiving one of these beds before Christmas, your order would need to be placed prior to close of business on Friday the 8th December.
