Finishes: Earth Stain:Â A very dark brown, almost black finish that allows the grain of the timber to show through. Grey Stain Protective Oil:Â A translucent oil which provides a strong barrier against marking and stains, while the grey tone cools the natural colour of the wood giving it a walnut like appearance.
Materials: Made from Meh wood. Meh is an Indonesian hardwood, FLEGT (Forest Law Enforcement, Governance and Trade) certified, which means that the timber is fully traceable. The EU’s FLEGT Action Plan was established in 2003 in order to reduce illegal logging by strengthening sustainable and legal forest management, improving governance and promoting trade in legally produced timber.
