Following the recent cancellation of a large order, we have three Kyotos (with headboard) available here in a kingsize (fits a 150x200cm mattress) in solid oak. These beds are mid-production, so available to ship on a quicker than standard lead time.
Lead time: Due to be ready for despatch in the week commencing the 16th of December onwards. Please note, this is our last despatch for pre-Christmas delivery for non-remote locations. Following this, allow 1 – 2 weeks (+ delivery).

We have three Kyotos (with a headboard) available here in solid oak, in a standard UK kingsize. Inspired by Japanese styling, our popular low bed base is perfect for minimal Oriental-inspired bedrooms. These oak Kyotos are available to ship from the week commencing the 16th of December, which is our last pre-Christmas despatch for non-remote locations. Alternatively, they are available to ship in 1 – 2 weeks (+ delivery) if ordered after this date.

Our ‘natural’ look lacquer finish, named for its clarity, allows you to appreciate the myriad colours and subtle variations in the tone of natural timber. It also retains a very subtle, soft sheen which protects the timber from grease marks and some stains.
All our wooden beds are fitted as standard with sprung beech slats for extra comfort, and to also help increase the life of your mattress.

Mattress Depth Information: Due to its low headboard and minimal profile, the Kyoto is best suited for use with mattresses that are 20cm deep or less, and it is pictured above with 18 - 20cm deep mattresses.
If you have a deeper mattress than this, we can customise the Kyoto slightly by adding a maximum of 5cm to the headboard panel. This customisation does incur an additional cost, which varies depending on the size and timber. However, this customisation is not possible with a quick-ship bed base, as the bed is already made. Please contact us for a quote if you would like to purchase a Kyoto with a customised headboard panel.

Outside of the Sheffield area, we use a carrier. Delivery is arranged with the carrier once your order is ready, and will be on an agreed day and time slot.
