This kingsize ex-display Iona (fits a 150 x 200cm mattress) has been on display for just over a year, and may show some minor signs of wear and tear. Please note: the photos shown here are of the exact bed base that is for sale, taken around a year ago. Please also note that the timber has warmed up slightly in this time – please contact our sales team if you would like any further information.

Characterised by its cosy headboard panel, the Iona is a sleek, upholstered low bed. This ex-display kingsize model is available on sale here in solid ash, upholstered in Eco Velvet in the colour Indigo.
This ex-display model is available on an expedited lead time of 2-3 weeks. If you wanted to order a new Iona bed in a different size, fabric and/or timber, please see the original Iona product page – available in either our standard fabric range or premium, pure wool fabric range. Our standard lead time is approx. 6-8 weeks for new orders.
If you would like to receive a sample of the Eco Velvet Indigo fabric that this bed is upholstered in, you can order this free of charge via Warwick’s website.Â
Our ‘natural’ look lacquer finish, named for its clarity, allows you to appreciate the myriad colours and subtle variations in the tone of natural timber. It also retains a very subtle, soft sheen which protects the timber from grease marks and some stains.
All our wooden beds are fitted as standard with sprung beech slats for extra comfort, and to help increase the life of your mattress. We also supply non-slip matting with this bed base to keep your mattress in place.

Mattress Depth Information: All of our upholstered bed bases are designed to fit a mattress depth of around 20cm.
If your mattress is much deeper than this, the thickness of the cushioned headboard can prevent the mattress from sitting perfectly on your bed frame so it may overhang along the bottom edge slightly.
If you were to order a new bed, we can customise any of our upholstered bed bases by slightly raising the position of the headboard panel to suit the depth of your mattress - most small alterations do not require any additional cost. However, please note that as this ex-display bed is already made, we cannot make such alterations to it now. If you wanted to order a new Iona made to your specifications, you can find it over on the original product page (new orders are subject to our standard lead time of 6-8 weeks).

Outside of the Sheffield area, we use a carrier. Delivery is arranged with the carrier once your order is ready, and will be on an agreed day and time slot.
Within the Sheffield area, we deliver using our own vehicle. Once your order is ready to be delivered, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time slot.
