Our Camden collection is forever growing in popularity. Characterised by its sleek, curved featured and delicate rounded legs, this range is the epitome of simplistic elegance. Our Hoxton and Camden beds are certainly amongst our most sought-after designs, and we have offered the matching Camden table for a few years now. Along with the introduction of our luxe Black Oak Camden, we’ve introduced not only a new height for the Camden table, but also a matching Camden bench. Read on to find out more about these, and some other new bedside tables in our range.
If you’re looking for a cohesive look across your bedroom furniture, look no further than our Camden collection. Comprised of a collection of beds named after London boroughs, this collection upholds sleekness and simplicity at its core.
The Camden bedside table pairs perfectly with beds from this range, and it’s now available to suit both heights. Low beds Pimlico & Carnaby sit best with the Original Camden tables, where taller beds such as the Camden or Hoxton sit better next to the Tall version. The differing heights allow you to customise your bedside space, designed to keep your book, glasses or phone in reach no matter your preference.
Measuring up:The Original Camden table stands 37cm tall, perfect next to the Carnaby or Pimlico, which stand 24cm to the top of the side rails. Once your mattress is on, this makes them just the right height. The Tall Camden table stands at 50cm tall. The Camden and Hoxton beds are 35cm to the top of the side rails. Again, once you pop your mattress on there, these new bedside tables come up to the perfect level.
Some other new-comers to our bedside table range, that we haven’t yet introduced you to, come from our Ethnicraft & Wireworks ranges. The first being the brand new mahogany pieces that we’ve added to our collection. These are the only mahogany pieces we currently stock, and they are so beautiful! We are also introducing the Black Spindle bedside tables, which we think are a great alternative to the Camden Tables if you’d like something with drawer space. These are available in signature natural oak, or now a distinct, bold black oak. We think these would pair beautifully with any of our black oak beds!
Last but not least, we have these handy side tables from Wireworks. Dubbed the ‘Pick-me-up’ tables, they come with a stand in their centre. This makes them easy to move about the house when needed – from the bedside to the sofa-side! – and can also double as storage. You could hang jewellery, scarves or even a couple of mugs from the handles if you wanted to keep your table in one place. Available in oak or walnut.
As a bit of a bonus… Along with the introduction of a new height for the Camden bedsides, we have also introduced our sleek new Camden bench. This follows the same sleek arcs that distinguish the whole collection. The perfect hallway accessory where you can poop your shoes on in a morning. Or, as an end-of-bed bench where you can put your slippers on at night!
