Cube Bedside Tables

Ever since they were added to our range, the Cube bedside tables have been a hit with customers. The Cubes have been the first choice for anyone looking for stylish and contemporary storage solutions. Their simple, modern design means they sit perfectly next to the vast majority of the beds in the Natural Bed Company bed collection.

Available in three sizes and all our hardwoods, the Cube tables are designed to compliment our bed bases. In particular, they suit those found in our Contemporary, Classic, Low and Four Poster ranges. Below you will find an overview of the sizes on offer. We also give a breakdown of the beds that we feel the Cubes are most suited to;

  • Low Cube Bedside Table: W 50 x D 35 x H 33cm
    Designed for use with the Nevada, Sonora, Kumo, Kyoto, Cube Four Poster, Ki, Java and Mali beds
  • Original Cube Bedside Table: W 50 x D 35 x H 50cm
    Designed for use with the Sahara, Malabar, Shetland, Oasis and Orchid beds.
  • Tall Cube Bedside Table: W 50 x D 35 x H 60cm
    Designed for use with the Tibet, Zanskar or Cochin beds.

Some of our beds are quite tall, such as the Cochin and Tibet. For these beds, some prefer that the bedside tables match the height of the side rails rather than the top of the mattress. If so, substitute the ‘Tall Cube’ bedside tables for the ‘Original’ size.

Customisations

As the Cube tables are made to order – alterations can be made. If you would like to discuss custom tables, please get in touch with details and we will be happy to discuss your options. We will just need the measurements you require and then we can provide a quote for special sizes. We recently made a long, low Cube table lacquered in white for a client – please just let us know what you need!

The Cube Four Poster Bed

The Cube bed is the newest addition to our four poster range, a statement bed in any bedroom. The contrast with the low level of the mattress and the tall posts, together with the substantial headboard, creates a contemporary, eye-catching design.

An ideal bed if you wish to show as much of your hardwood timber choice as possible. The large headboard allows for the differentiations in grain and subtle changes in tone to be seen on a grand scale. Timbers such as walnut and cherry are perfect choices here. Both feature bold grain patterns and swirling changes in colour; creating a striking focal point in the room.

We recently made a Cube bed in oak lacquered black, with a stunning Zebrano wood headboard. Please contact us if you would like us to quote for a special finish or size.

As with all our bed bases, the Cube is delivered flat packed for self-assembly. There is no need to worry about fitting it around winding staircases or narrow doorways. Delivery includes the bed being carried to the room of your choice.
