If you like the style of the Canterbury mid-century four poster bed, but would prefer a patterned headboard, why not take a look at the Harrow? The same design as the Canterbury, the Harrow has an extra detail in the form of a chevron pattern to the headboard.
All our wooden beds come with sprung beech slats as standard. These provide extra comfort, and help to increase the life of your mattress.
Please note – this bed is designed to look refined, light and delicate. The slim-line canopy is decorative and not designed to hold up heavy fabrics. If you intend to use a heavy fabric draped over your four poster – we recommend you take a look at our Orchid bed design.
Every bed is made to order. Our current lead-time is currently around 8 weeks (+ delivery).
Our ‘natural’ look lacquer finish, named for its clarity, allows you to appreciate the myriad colours and subtle variations in tone of natural timber. It retains a very subtle, soft sheen which protects the timber from grease marks and some stains.

This bed base is a part of our wider Camden Collection, the full range of which can be found linked below. The unifying look of the beds in this collection are the shaped legs and soft curves to their edges, each bed having a mid-century inspired look.
